For Them's Shipping Policy
Thanks for ordering with For Them! We currently offer two shipping methods: Economy and Expedited. Once we receive your order, we begin to process it immediately. This means we cannot modify or cancel orders after they are placed. With the exception of pre-orders for members, items will be shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. Once we ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking link to take the guesswork out of waiting. You’ll also get another email when your order is out for delivery.
Economy orders typically arrive within two weeks of placing your order.
Expedited orders typically arrive within two days after your order is processed.
Note: Shipping destinations cannot be modified after an order is placed and For Them is not responsible for incorrect addresses being entered at checkout.

Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world! We do not control other country or region’s tax, duties, or other fees associated with shipping.
Where's my order? I haven't seen any changes in the tracking info.
Give it at least two days since you received the tracking info. If you don't see any new info after 48 hours, send an email to team@forthem.com.
Where’s my order? The tracking says delivered but I don’t see it.
If your order is marked as delivered but you don’t see it, check your whole property, including mail rooms and lobbies. Check with your neighbors. If you still don’t see it after 48 days, send an email to team@forthem.com
Do you offer discreet packaging?
We use discreet shipping and your order will arrive in a plain cardboard box with “FT” on the label. Inside, there will be a branded dust bag with your binder inside.
How will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped from ShipHero, who will then get your package to USPS, FedEx or DHL eCommerce for delivery. If you are an international customer, your order will be shipped by Passport, who will assign a local courier for final delivery. You can use the tracking code sent to your email to see who will be delivering your package and when.
My order was returned to sender. What do I do now?
If your order was returned to sender, it’s likely that the address was invalid or the delivery driver was not able to access the delivery route. If you see this status, reach out to team@forthem.com. If the package is successfully returned to sender, we can re-ship your order.
Can I return my order?
Returns and exchanges are available to U.S. customers only at this time. Orders are eligible for returns or exchanges within 21 days of receiving your order as long as they are undamaged (including stains) and have they original packaging. Use exchanges.forthem.com to process a return or an exchange.
All international sales are final, as per our Refund Policy and information provided on the product page.
What is the environmental impact of my order?
We're doing everything we can to minimize the environmental impact of shipping! We ship The Binder in un-dyed paperboard made with 90% post-consumer content that is fully recyclable and naturally biodegradable. We minimize plastic use, but when it is required by our shipping partners we only use recycled film.
